Welcome to Wilson Folder; a collection of my creative work, professional experiences, and strategic concepts.

I’m Isaac Wilson, a creative strategist originally from West Michigan, with experience spanning business development, sales, marketing, operations, talent acquisition, and management.

I’ve always been a hands-on learner and builder. I’m naturally curious about how businesses, people, and systems work; and more importantly, how they can work better.

Throughout my career, I’ve approached opportunities with that mindset: learn, build, experiment, and improve. Some of the work in this portfolio comes from professional projects and partnerships, while other concepts began simply as ideas worth exploring.

At its core, Wilson Folder represents how I think: curious, strategic, creative, and always looking for what’s next.

I believe people do their best work when they’re pursuing something they genuinely care about. My philosophy is simple: inspire others to do what they love.

Whether building a business, advancing a career, creating something, or discovering a new passion, I find purpose in helping people recognize their potential and pursue it with confidence.

That belief shapes how I approach my work with curiosity, creativity, and a focus on people. I enjoy building ideas, solving problems, and creating connections that move people and organizations forward.
